Service Description
For nails under 2cm in length once the shape/length is refined. Please select BIAB infill with your desired treatment so there is enough time to refine your current builder gel and add a new layer to keep the strength of your natural nails and encourage nail growth. *Please note that this is an add-on service - you MUST select this with a BIAB service*
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If rescheduled appointments will be postponed to a later date according to availability. 15 minute no-show/lateness results in appointments automatically being cancelled. The 50% booking fee is non-refundable once paid, it can be transferred to another appointment if I am contacted 48 hours before. After that, I will need another booking fee. There is also a £10 cancellation fee added if I am notified less than 48 hours before the appointment.
